Will the entire process really cost me nothing?
Currently, the consultation, the service including app use and the creation of the concept cost you nothing - this will change in the future.
But as soon as it comes to costs, fees and commissions, I am absolutely transparent and you will be informed about everything in advance!
What happens when we are finished with the consultations?
Good service starts where the consultation ends, after the consultation you are of course a client of mine and will also be actively supported. That means you can be sure that we will have contact at least once a year, I will accompany you for as long as you want! (of course this costs nothing!)
Is there a customer app?
Yes, we have an app which we will also set up together, it is currently still in a beta phase, so please be patient.
Are there any requirements to work with you?
Basically there are no requirements on my part, but there may be requirements that need to be met depending on the topics we are talking about, but that is exactly why I am here and that is one reason for my independence - I look for solutions when there are problems!
What happens when I leave Germany?
In our analysis for the concept, we obviously ask what your future plans are, but it is clear that these can change. If your plans change and you want to leave Germany, you need to get in touch with us (the sooner the better). We will then look at the situation and plan the next necessary steps so that there is a clean “off-boarding”.
It is of course possible to cash out your savings or keep them, depending on which product you have. Furthermore, most of the partners we recommend have a worldwide insurance option.
